Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Scandinavian adventurer events target Estonia which is really odd as Estonia is in e_Scandinavia and it was an integral part of the Norse world before and during the Viking age. A Norse adventurer supposed to go to Eastern-Europe targeting Estonia in e_Scandinavia instead is just very odd. Targeting Baltic areas would be understandable as Scandinavian colonies were created in the south-eastern Baltic region but areas in e_Scandinavia do not fit under Eastern-Europe in any way in the CK time frame.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Open fp1_scandinavian_adventurer_events.txt and go to:
# General processing event, Eastern Europe.
In the list under that you find that Scandinavian adventurers target the kingdoms of: Novgorod, White Rus, Vladimir, Ruthenia, Estonia and Zaporizhia
Estonia does not fit that list at all, is a complete outlier and it's just illogical for many reasons.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
