Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The requirements checks for the end the iberian struggle decision for the status quo/compromise outcome shows the current phase condition as unfulfilled even though it is in the correct phase.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
1. Progress the iberian struggle to the compromise phase.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
I started as the king of France in 1066, i.e. was uninvolved at gamestart and only became an interloper recently by moving my capital to Pamplona. Check could be related to character involvement status to struggle instead of being about struggle phase in general.

I solved the problem. As long as you are an interloper, you can't take the decision, you have to be an involved culture/religion. The moment you become involved and not interloper, the decision is unlocked.
The following faiths and cultures will always be involved:
Faiths: Catholicism, Mozarabism, Ash'arism, Muwalladism
Cultures: Andalusian, Asturleonese, Basque, Catalan, Castilian, Galician, Portuguese, Bedouin, Maghrebi, Mashriqi, Baranis

I solved the problem. As long as you are an interloper, you can't take the decision, you have to be an involved culture/religion. The moment you become involved and not interloper, the decision is unlocked.

Cultures: Andalusian, Asturleonese, Basque, Catalan, Castilian, Galician, Portuguese, Bedouin, Maghrebi, Mashriqi, Baranis

Yup this worked. I adopted muwalladism off my wife and bang unlocked.

I have logged this to our database and it seems that it doesn't really trigger the check in the checkbox for the said requirement. Just hang tight as our team investigate with this issue and we are hoping for your patience with this. Thank you and enjoy playing!

As for your issue, I believe yours is incomplete when it comes to your requirements. With the image provided by L.T.Smash, it shows that the same requirement that you needed was displayed as 2/1 (Meaning he completed 2 of the requirement). Tho, I admit this may be some display bug but I will also add it to the report for this issue.
