Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
In the german language, the devotion levels "Devoted Servant" and "Paragon of Virtue" both descriptions say that it's the 3rd devotion level while "Paragon of Virtue" should be the 4th level.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Play with the german language selected, hover your mouse over piety and have look at the "Aufopferungsvoll" (Devoted Servant) and "Tugendheld" (Paragon of Virtue) descriptions, they both state "ist die dritte Hingabestufe" (english: is the third level of devotion), the latter is incorrect.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
