Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
After a few minutes of the game, the coats of arms of some dynasties change to random. But the emblems don't really change, it's just a visual glitch we see in the character's interface. As you can see in the attached screenshots, the tooltip shows the correct coat of arms when you hover the cursor over it. There is already a post related to this bug, but was incorrectly marked 'As Designed'.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
It is enough to play for a few minutes just by clicking on different rulers.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
Reloading the game temporarily solves this problem, so I don't attach the save file.
