i've found a bug you can get free counties

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
i've found a bug you can get free counties. Now go to find title then type prince pick one of them then offer ward after after accepting ward offer. Go to your liege grant vassal you got free counties LOL.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?

after you done with Prince- Bishop game breaks lets you get duchy level
