Windows
What platform are you using?
Steam
Do you have mods enabled?
No

Yes
How much "pain" is this causing you?
2
Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The trait "Improvident" has the modifier "monthly_income_mult = -0.10" at line 3690, and again "monthly_income_mult = -0.15" at line 3715.
As usual, only the latter is applied, thus -0.15.
As this trait is the opposite of "Profligate", and "Profligate" reduces monthly income by 10%, I'm pretty sure improvident is supposed to be the same.
It looks like this "monthly_income_mult = -0.15" has just been forgotten there.
Also, "Profligate" gives some monthly prestige, so I expected that "Improvident" would give some piety, much like "Arrogant"/"Humble" opposites.
Especially after reading this at line 3683: "improvident = { # Habitually gives money to charity."
Please explain how to reproduce the issue

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
You need to look at the file "...\Crusader Kings III\game\common\traits\00_traits.txt" lines 3690 and 3715.
I have attached a save game
