Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
The tooltip of the Domestic Affairs Chancelor task tooltip lists "Loss of Crown Authority" as a possible negative side effect, if his diplomacy is low enough, but there is no such event in the game files (+ it can be confusing altogether for Tribal players, who don't have Crown Authority, but Tribal Authority).
The same tooltip never mentions as a possible negative side effect the loss of Prestige, although chancellor_task.3003 has that effect.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Start the game as any character, pick the worst possible chancelor, check the tooltip of the "Domestic Affairs" task.
Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
