Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
random_culture_in_group for the create_character command/effect does not work as stated in the documentation on CK3-Wiki.
Neither random_culture_in_group = culture_group:north_germanic_group nor random_culture_in_group = north_germanic_group work. Fortunately random_culture_in_group = culture:danish does work (Thanks to user "null" from Discord)

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Use the create_character command to create a character and want him/her to be of a random culture inside a specific culture group by using the random_culture_in_group command.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
