Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
There is a text error in ruler designer "eye_socket_color" and the bug I've noticed is related to right clicking on a character and or county/kingdom before starting the game. You used to be able to do this before choosing your character start, it would bring up the family menu and show held titles of said character who ruled, it would also allow you to see who was currently in the court.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Check ruler designer's eye socket detail menu for the text error.

For the game bug start a new game (before playing as a character) and try right clicking a ruler's held county and or kingdom, the menu that shows their family and people in their court will not pop up.
