Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
With too much stuff on the house tab, the button to show dynastic legacies sinks under the bottom of the screen, and there is no way to scroll down. Image shows the issue.

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
With 1920x1080 resolution and 100% GUI scaling, have a house with a house modifier and a dynasty modifier - the Northern Lords Norse legacy tracks may play a part as well.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
