Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Investigate the tooltip for the word "Seneshal" in the "Appoint Seneshal" dialogue. The requirements states that the seneshal " is imprisoned".

Please explain how to reproduce the issue
Unter "Courtiers" select "Court Positions", "Seneshal" and investigate the tooltip for the word "Seneshal" in the title. The requirements states that the seneshal " is imprisoned". I think "is not imprisoned" would be the correct requirement.

Is there anything else you think could help us identify/replicate the issue?
No. Any appointment for a seneshal should do.
