Are there any good transfer programs for EU2?

Also, what are the criteria for the transfer that determines what gets carried over?

Um.. isn't there a built in transfer for CK to EU2?

There's a built-in CK->EU2 converter. Load up your game, go to the menu and click on "Export."

Great! One last question, where can I find a list for the formula for doing conversions to EU2? Is that built-in too?

In your CK install location in the "db" folder there's a few files starting with "eu2_". I would suggest looking in there.
