I'll keep this very short. I have a few mods installed, but Crsader Kings 2 Plus is the only one that chagnes gameplay. So I rule the kingdom of Kiev, have the law that allows revocation for traiters and such, and limited crown authority. So I've convinced my vassals that the High Chief of Chernigov is a traiter and I want to revoke his title.
But I can't because (says the meny) "The Crown authority in the High CHiefdom of Chernigov doesn't allow revocation". I'm sorry, but when did a duchy get crown authority that trumps mine? Chernigov is even a de jure vassal of my kingdom.
Is this a bug of the main game, something taht CK2+ could be responsible for or am I missing something important here?

PS. Any help is off course much appriciated

Limited crown authority means that your control over your vassals is not high enough to be able to do such tasks. It literally is you, as king, not having the power to take away titles from your vassals. Note that a feudal system is very very different, and functions vastly different from the later more centric systems. Vassals had a lot more power over their lands compared to what was more common later. Even if he is a traitor, you still lack the power to relieve him from his titles. iirc at least medium crown authority is needed, and otherwise you'll have to resort to other means in order to get rid of him.

Also, this topic is moved to the ck2 forums since it has nothing to do with the Paradox General Discussion forum.

This should really be moved to the CK2+ subforum, actually.

To the OP, asking any question about an overhaul mod should REALLY be asked in the appropriate mod forum. They change so much that sometimes vanilla answers won't really do much to help you and in fact will just make things worse.

Actually, you only need Limited Crown authority to revoke titles. So unless CK2+ changes it to Medium, this has to be a bug. The vassal is even dejure of his Kingdom.

If the OP is Tribal, then he may not have enough Tribal Organization to allow it.
