So i just istalled the newest version of the mod. As for the reaper expansion you can set law to weather or not your vassals can declare war on eachother , esternal or none. In ck2plus this option seemed to be disappeared is it somewhere else i fail to see? can it be tweaked? thank you!

This feature was just added in todays 2.6.2 update. If you read the patch notes its in there. CKII+ is still running on compatibility from 2.6.1 and thus won't have that law until the team gets a compatch out. Assuming they decide to keep that feature. I do know they haven't included the vanilla council law that locks realms into elective monarchy until it is revoked.
