Unfortunately it seems that Age skipping is not something that works. Ages must be consecutive. As such, the Age of Reformation -must- happen for the subsequent ages to trigger correctly. It's been a couple of decades since Global Trade hit and the Age of Absolutism has not fired yet.

I can supply a save game in which the Age of Absolutism has not fired even though it should because the Age of Reformation will never fire.
Please do, I'll investigate what happens.

Attached per your request.

Also note : I've messed around with the files, changed the Age of Reformation to just a year (1500), then reloaded the save. The Ages cascaded from Discovery, through Reformation to Absolutism. It's my assessment that either the Age of Reformation needs to be removed if the Reformation cannot happen (booooo! :( ) or leave it as it is and only have a year requirement.

I need your romania mod so I can run this. Please zip it and upload here, thanx!

My bad, mod files attached.
Thanx. We've added 1594 as a fallback year for starting reformation, allowing it to gradually cascade into absolutism.

Added a formable Assyria, flag borrowed with permission from the Extended Timeline mod. Might try to slowly go through and add a nation to every culture which currently lacks a revoltable tag. This seemed to work with a handful of tests, but being told if I've messed anything up would be appreciated

Thank you for your submission. I've opened a pull requesst to have it merged, but I have some comments.
1. You did not submit localizations for non-english languages, we can't merge without those. I'm assuming as a non-native speaker you can either autotranslate or ask for help.
2. The ideas are overpowered, 15% infantry bonus as a first one is just not kosher, and then more discipline at the end...
3. Requirements are also questionable - owning a single area instead of a region or a set of provinces across multiple regions.

Please correct those and we'll have this merged.

Just a reminder this PR is still open and waiting for the required fixes. If you can add the translations, fix the forming requirements and ideas we can move forward with this.

Can't vouch for the preciseness of the google translate localisation for none-english, but here it is
Alterations: Assyrian Bowmen now gives 5% morale and 5% inf combat ability, tech reduction from "Restore the Library of Nineveh" reduced down to 5%, forming no longer requires the entire iraqi area but requires baghdad, mosul, and antioch

Allright, I've nerfed the ideas a tad more; having three items on a single idea is too much. This is now merged in, thank you for the help!

Added a formable/revoltable anatolian greek state to allow for a bit more of a break up of the BYZ blob at the hands of enemies, also working on a magna-greek one

Thanx for the input. Please don't put more than 1 effect into an idea. Ideas with 2 effects should be exceedingly rare, generally you tend to give insanely overpowered bonuses for no reason; anatolia if it's separate from byz will already be very large and powerful. There is also no tech requirement to forming anatolia.
In any case please upload magnagreek as well and then we'll streamline them and insert into both ck2 and ck3 converters.

Took a while (got sidetracked working on a megacampaign and with work stuff), here's the Greek formables (couldn't find/make a decent flag for Syracuse so just gave them the two sicilies one). Also tried to tone down Anatolian ideas, added admin tech 10 as a requirement

Hey everyone, I'm a bit confused by something that is happening, and decided to try here for an answer. Basically, the game converts alright. But, despite the CK2 gamerule being to not use dynasty names for countries, in the converted save, they are now all using dynastic names. Any help in this will be appreciated. I'm also not sure what files to upload, as I'm sure you've not had an issue like this pop up. Just let me know what you need, if anything, and I'll gladly upload it here.

I had a similar issue pop up myself. The solution you'll most likely be given is to edit EU4's localization yourself though.

Yes. Our rules for naming countries via dynasty names where historically appropriate (according to culture, religion etc) have nothing to do with in-game rules, which we don't even read. You can edit the localization files and alter the names easily.

For some reason, after I did so, all of the custom converted nations now say “Zxx” instead of their country names. All of the countries with an in game tag are still the country tag though. I’m on PC, the file is saved as UTF-8. I can’t think of anything else that would cause this though. I even double checked that there were no accidental spaces between quotation marks and words. Can anyone help out with this? Thank you again in advance.
