Clergy POP problems

I was playing as Russsia when I discovered that POPs in a province was affected by a clergy POP in another province in the region. Later I check with a game as France but there the clergy POP only affected the POPs in the same province as the clergy. Sounds like a bug but hey what do I know?

Clerks should affect POPs throughout the state, but there are some POP types that aren't affected by them. Which POP type was the one in France?

Well I made sure that I checked on the same type of POP and it was farmers.

Which provinces were they, the clergy and the unaffected farmer?

well were does screenshots get stored? I took some screenshots of it but I dont know were they get stored.
But I have discovered it in other provinces in Russia so I think it is in all provinces.

Screenshots are stored in you main/root Victoria directory.

with my usual luck it didn't work, no screenshots there. I try again as soon as I can. Is it only to press printscreen to get a screenshot? Btw I have to mail it to you because I dont know how to get it online.

To get a screenshot, you need to press F11; that'll give you a bmp in the Vicky directory. I'd appreicate it if you could convert to .jpg or .gif before sending it
