Clothes Bug with or without mods !!!

Description​

This has been going for a really long time now, don't know how you don't have more complains or so.
Around Specific years 1000-1140+ out of nowhere most of the Latin cultures start wearing sick clothes.
All of them kids after 4y old or so all start wearing them 100%. it ruins my 6-7 game so far. Breaks all immersion, with or without mods doesn't make a difference. It's really demotivating to play this game for more then 100years since my heir and his siblings and cousins and all random characters start wearing sick clothes for no reason. I have all the DLC, use only the most subscribed mods and even without them it's all the same. Please fix this ASAP makes a role-playing game unplayable !!!! paid 120 euro for a product that's working half way! Totally Unfair! Great game I love it, but please fix this stupid problem!!
