Coat of Arms issues

So been having an issue were when I add a landed title to the the txt file and a coresponding coa to
Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II\mod\ck2improved\gfx\flags

k_cornwall
k_east_anglia
k_essex
k_hwicce
k_kent
k_mercia
k_northumbria
k_wessex

When "Making" the CoAs I made a copy of their duchy counterparts and then renamed that copy accordingly (I was rather meticulous too)

1. When using the mod causes some of the other flags to change for example scotland randomly gain the Island of mans flag.
2. It deactivates special CoAs like that of the Lombards for instance.

Anyonw know why or how that can be solved?

You probably missed one CoA. You can try clearing the gfx folder and have the game regenerate them at next game launch.
