jorian, can you do something about those horribly-shaped flags? I don't mean the banners, but the actual flags (like the one below your wreath on that screenshot) - I think they should be banners or something, too. Look much better it would.

from where are thiese images, what they represent? Where they on shields or are they war symbols? :)

i only found similar symbols for that tribe till now as Pox used :eek:o
Hello Jorian; I´ll try to explain both symbols. They come from the vaccaei settlement of Pintia (Padilla de Duero, Valladolid), a place I worked during 4 summer campaings.

The first one is quite obscure and we just call it "cenital zoomorph". We have quite many theories about this gliph: some say it´s a sacrifice linked to the altars of sacrifice known in lusitanian and vettonian cultures ; others say it´s a fox or a wolf licking a bee nest or a piece of bread (even milk); some others say it´s a wolf howling at the moon...

Still, this gliph has been found in some other different ways in places such as Rauda, in objects such as weapons in tombs, pottery and ovens.

The second one was found in a combat knife (in a tomb at Pintia´s graveyard) and it presents two warriors fighting a monomacy with the small iberian shield (caetra) and a spear. There are many variants of this scene, mainly found in Numantia´s pottery.
