corrupted game saves

i can't play your CKII game all of a sudden!!!
its registered but after doing nothing on my CPU last night i fired it up today to play CKII and ALLLLL my saved games are corrupted and don't mesh w/ the game!!!
this sucks!!!
if you or i can't fix this soon i will never buy a game of yours again and will advise others not to either!

How about you give us a chance, and some more information, before you resort to threats, eh?

So it used to work fine and now suddenly fails to load any save game? What exactly happens when you try to load any of these saves? Can you start a new game and save it OK? What version and checksum show on the main game menu? Is this a Steam or GamersGate version?
