Costantly crashing after few minutes

Description​

ck3 have a big CTD randomly after a few minutes, a quarter max. Now i'm unable to continue playing latest save after few seconds.

Steps to reproduce​

Just starting from steam or alone, load the game and after few second CTD appear.
