Not sure if I'm using the correct terminology, or if this has been posted before, but is there a list or table describing which country codes belong to which countries. For example, U01, U02, U08, etc. I want to play around with the Country CSVs, but don't know which codes belong to which nations. Most are represented by 3 letter, like GER, ENG, SOV, but others have a "U" followed by a number, like Austria-Hungary and British Raj, IIRC. Thanks for your help!
