Couple of questions

I ve got 2 questions !

First where chan i find no limit population patch and not time limt patch 1

Secondo, When i start EU2 my screen blinks from middle to up !

I thought it was my 8 meg video card but i changed it for a 64 megs one !

here s mt computer configuration

processor : gigapro 667 mgz
Video card : geforce 4 mx440
Memory : 768 megs
Monitor Samsung syncmaster 753 df

I d like to know whats wrong ...It s not that the game suffers for it since it s stops doin it when the game starts..but it s kind of annoying !!

The blinking sometimes happened to me during loading game. I don't care about it though.

Rename your AVI folder to AVI_back.
Then set your color depth to 16BIT.
This should clear up any blinking.
