Crash on character death

Description​

I'm inferring that the game crashes on my character dying - the death doesn't actually appear on screen. But in this save my character is about to die and the crash happens randomly within a few months without taking any game actions.

The game was with several mods enabled, but providing the crash info here in case it's helpful.

Steps to reproduce​

Load the save and allow time to progress for a few months. The game crashes to desktop.
