Crash to Desktop Playing Prussia

Please reference the following thread regarding a CTD when playing Prussia. I've experienced this crash as have at least two others, as noted in the thread. My system information is as follows: Windows 2000 version 5.0.2195, Service Pack 2, Build 2195. 800 mhz AMD processor. Total physical memory: 392 KB. Available physical memory: 247 KB. Total virtual memory: 1.3 MB. Available physical memory: 1.0 MB.

Forgot to mention that I have patch 1.03 installed.

I play with Deutsches Reich (started as Prussia) in the GC. I am at war with Great Britain and captured all provinces in Ireland and England. But when i degree to the british peace offer (a large part of their colonies), the game shut down to the desktop.
