Game crashes when I try to load my latest Ironman mode game save.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Open launcher
2. Click on the "Resume" button

3. Click "Continue" button

thank you for your report and files you attached. I am unable to reproduce the issue on a new game, however thanks to the files I'm able to report your issue to our database.
