Crashes due to a huge number of errors in the Russian localization

Description​

In the Russian localization, if, for example, selecting the culture window in the province of "Western Thrace" millions of similar errors pop up, that the game code instead of a variable of the type 'Pop' gets the error 'Container'. Because of which after passing years +- 5 the game crashes

Steps to reproduce​

1) Launch a new game in RU localization (vanilla without DLC)
2) Open the debug mode
3) Select a province (example: Western Thrace), open the province window or the province culture window

I think I had the exact same problem here, it lagged heavily with pop window opened and eventually crashed. Happened in 1.9.7 beta patch.

I now play on 1.9.3 version, these errors also exist, but there are few of them. And no crashed.
