Crashes to desktop at "Initializing Game"

Description​

I have been unable to reach the main menu of the game since the 1.10.2 update. The game crashes after the "Initializing Game" wheel spins for a minute or two. I'm playing on the GamePass PC version, Windows 11. Reinstalling the game, reinstalling Windows and all Xbox related apps doesn't help. All of my drivers are up to date. I had a couple of cloud saves on the previous version, not sure if that's related. It happens with or without DLC. It happens when the game is installed on my C drive or on an external hard drive. I have plenty of space in my OneDrive folder where GamePass automatically puts files. Attached are logs from the most recent crash.

Steps to reproduce​

Try to start the game by any means (from Xbox app, run as administrator from inside binaries, start with Nvidea GeForce app).

Did you lost your Internet Connection for a few seconds?

Because this always happen to me, if my Internet is off for a few seconds, but if I start the Game completly offline, it runs fine.
