Crashing on menu screen xbox

As the title says, upon loading the game it says to press a button to enter menu screen. When on that screen after about 5 seconds it just freezes including the background where mars is being uncovered. I have restarted the game on multiple occasions only for it to keep crashing.

I know this sounds pointless but have you tried deleting the game and re-downloading it? If that doesn't help then you may want to post your xbox one's model and/or video settings? It could be something they missed in testing as their review platforms might not match all revisions of xbox one out in the wild.

Reinstalled, tried internal and external hard drive. I have xbox one x and it's still crashing.

Got the same problem on normal xbox but I can play on my one x. When I go over to the one it crashes right after load game/new game. But works fine when I go back to the one x!
I deleted the game, deleted my account, tried intern and extern.. dunno what else to do.
