What causes this?
I changed an industry effect in the tech tree using the editor, and the next time I tried to load I got this. I got it once when I was using the demo too, no one ever figured it out.
XP Pro SP 2, 1024 mb DDR, Nvdia 6800U

clean install (except CCIP mod)
