Well, when you go on pilgrimage you get a regency.
Right but I didn't hear anything about it being a pilgrimage specifically. The king just decided to go all the way to Iberia just to revoke the titles I thought.

That is the new map mode to view coalitions that Groogy mentioned hereNew map mode??!
People wanted more internal politics to EU4, so we got Cossacks; fittingly, this DLC will focus on improved realm politics and empowering vassals.
Oh and the GoT mod will probably get more interesting
So my point is, will Conclave be to CK2 what the Cossacks were to EU4?
My thoughts exactly when I read the feature list. Did you notice one of the screenshots included what seemed to be new traits? "Affectionate" and "Timid." Makes me wonder if Paradox revamped traits. That would be HUGE.Looks like the best DLC yet but AE ARRRGGGHHHHH!
Good point.So... that's the answer to the coalitions complains? The people were wrong about less internal conflicts![]()
I wondered that too. I can't imagine how timid and shy would sufficiently different to require two different traits. My thoughts exactly when I read the feature list. They probably redid the entire trait pool, adjusted the bonuses traits gave, cut out ones they didn't like, added new ones, and changed some of their names and gave them new icons.I wondered that too. I can't imagine how timid and shy would sufficiently different to require two different traits.
Unless timid means less likely to rebel against a tyrannical ruler? Could infamy be more than a badboy trait then, but allow a ruler to control his populace through fear?
Yeah. It essentially worked identical to "Estates" in EU4 Cossacks. Giving one faction member a boon improves the mood of the entire faction. If you p*ss the faction off enough they will rebel. Each faction also has their own special demands."Prosperity" wants peace time & low taxes, "Glory" wants to win wars, etc.Didnt CK++ have something similar like a faction system? That was a cool mechanic.
Easy to solve. Just open it up to a wide number of players earlier in the development process. Hopefully Paradox does this so we don't have to wait for the inevitable patch 4 weeks later to play it.Hopefully this DLC will actually be tested before release.
I think they are classifications of council members. e.g. what that council members wants based on their personality traits. Obviously, the fist must represents council members who are rebellious.I wonder what exactly these icons mean. I see likes and dislikes, but I also see religious icons and... something that looks as an apple?
Maybe they are factions? Loyalists, Disloyalists, Religious, Neutrals...?

I think there might. There may be numerous different banners comprising a broader array of laws.Really hope there is more to the law system and this is just a very limited beta version, because I had fun going popular law in the first CK.
Fist means strongest council members according to Groogy.I think they are classifications of council members. e.g. what that council members wants based on their personality traits. Obviously, the fist must represents council members who are rebellious.
