Crusader Kings III has not updated to version 1.10.2 on Steam

Description​

CK3 has not updated to 1.10.2. I have uninstalled all mods and reinstalled the game and it is still on version 1.10.1. Currently, the beta is set to "none".

Steps to reproduce​

Not sure what additional steps I need to perform to have the game update to the most up-to-date version.
