Crusader Kings - September 2??

According to the september issue of PCGamer thats the release date. So I would like to know whats going on, was the beta skipped or what? Or is Crusader Kings really behind schedule because I remember the beta was suppose to start almost a year ago and I haven't heard a thing since. Was there a beta?

I would just like to know these things.

I wouldn't trust those dates. The beta will come up in the final stage of the project, I think...

I wouldn't depend on the accuracy of that release date. There have been false ones before.

Never trust a release date from a publication that puts out its September edition in August.
