I downloaded CS on Xbox one X and everytime I launch the game after a couple of seconds of splash screen it goes back to dashboard... so the game diesn't work at all...

Sounds like a bad installation. Please try this:
- uninstall the game from the XBox
- clear the XBox cache and game files (save game data)

- install the game again

I did solve by doing this:
Hold down shut diwn xbox button...
Restart xbox...
Then worked.
Hold down shut diwn xbox button...
Restart xbox...
Then worked.
