Yes I have read the FAQ sticky. My question is, by capital of independent ruler does it mean direct vassal of yours?

I ask because a vassal is not really independent and the triggers wont work if it is not in your realm :wacko:.

So anybody have an answer?

There isn't a 0.8/0.5 mtth modifier for the capitals of vassals, if that's what you're asking.
