Custom name still shows on map

Description​

During multiplayer, a player changed the name of their county in the edit character phase and now that custom name appears on the map for all games (single and multi). It shows the proper name when you click on the county and look at the detail info, but the game world map displays the custom name.

Steps to reproduce​

Start multiplayer game, have another player rename their county in the edit character phase, play some turns, end game, start a new game
