Damn Doran, you scary...

This isn't really a WTF moment, so I didn't want to post in that thread, but... I started a game as Tywin a few years before the Robert's Rebellion bookmark, and sent Cersei, age 13, to Doran in Dorne to see if maybe he could get her to stop being such a Cersei, and... Well, here's the results a year later.

I mean, I was honestly not expecting anything, given that she was already 13 and loaded with her usual bad traits, but I check back a few months later and she's missing all of her bad traits - Then a few more months, age 14, and she's actually useful.

I know it's just good RNG, but still.
