ARGHH!!!!
I downloaded the patch today and when I where trying to play MP it doesnt work. And thats because it dont work for me to install the patch. Or when I installed the patch it dont be installed.
So when I start EU II in the left corner it says that I have 1.03.
Im mad!

Are you sure you installed it correctly? If so i suggest going to the support or faq forum for help. There is no reason it shouldnt work for you.
