Can you do anything with your daughters/sisters etc except marrying them of to the best suitor?

Can you send them to monastaries for safekeeping and to maybe increase your piety?

What if she refuses to marry your choosen suitor:eek: and run off with a commoner etc.. could be embarrasing...

Or will CK be very PC and portray women and men as having the same possibilities in the Medieval world?

This could have some interesting implications, especially if she runs off to marry another noble (CB anybody).

I hope not, because I don't like revisionism.

Maybe there's a random event for "Young princess runs off with stable boy"? Sure would make great AAR material.

If they are ugly maybe you should be allowed to give them a “medieval breast implant” which would make them more attractive on the market. . :D

Eugh, I think we've found the CK equivelant of Eu2's "nobles ally with a foreign power". ;)

Yeah. Noble shags with foreign power: -1 stab, +1 offspring :D

And lord help you if you have a not-so-faithful wife, talk about loss of prestige. ;)

If my princess did that, I would chop off the stable boy's head and send the princess into a convent

In France, stable boys were treated even less kindly than that. Read the execution of the Daunay brothers in 1314.

Lese-majesty was a very grave crime at the time...

Drakken

But if you don't have any sons, they can become queens, yeah?

BUt then they'll have to marry some other bloke, and then wouldn't your dynasty become theirs (male lineage)?

with, of course, the obligatory chastity belt
