De jure drifting?

I've been the overlord of Bravoos for more than a 100 years, I expected Bravoos to assimilate into the North at this point, but nothing is happening, is there no de jure drifting in this mod?

From defines.lua de jure assimilation toggles: will only assimilate duchy titles which contain the assimilating Kingdom's capital or border existing de jure land of that title

If held for 100 years a kingdom can de jure drift out into a new empire

But not if a vassal kingdom is held by a vassal for a 100 years, then it won't drift, Bravoos didn't drift into the north, after being held by a vassal of mine for a 100 years? Is it if I hold the kingdom title?

It must be fully controlled to drift

So if a vassal of mine controls all de jure provinces within the kingdom, and I am his non-de jure overlord, will it drift then?
