Go to your game folder then 'scenarios' then 'save games'; for me it's

I went to the save games folder its empty for me. I have vista and im using VIP if that makes a difference. I have way to many old save games its really starting to bug me how I cant get rid of them.
If you have Vista, you will probably find the save games in the virtual store at
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Paradox Entertainment\Victoria\scenarios\save games
, replacing USERNAME with your username.
For every save, there are two files you can delete, .EUG and .CFG.

No, you're in the right folder the first time. There should be a button at the top called "compatibility files" press that and they'll all show up and you can delete at will.
