Is the DESC tag supported by CK events? It appears that no events use this tag. (I'm at work and don't have my disc here to experiment, but can in a couple hours.)

The NAME = is the title of the event and is in a large font. A historical description in this font would make the window huge and ugly.
The small bolded text at the bottom seems to depend entirely on the kind of event triggered, like add_advance results in "EE_PROV_ADD_ADVANCE" / "Advance gained in %s: %s."
There doesn't seem to be a way to write in the descriptive area that used to be in the windows in HoI and Vicky. Is it gone completely?
This is particularly frustrating given the description for events like the Golden Horde is just "Golden Horde arrives."
