Thanks. It is really nice to just come to this forum and not have to search for an update.:)

(ask Patric or Johan if you want tech details)
What are the details? BTW, thanks Eochaid!

It is a semi-polite way of saying that Paradox did not want Sergei making promises (actually hinting since no promising was done) which they cannot keep (such as dates for beta etc.) :)

Yes, but then why is sergei choosing to ignore what we post here? I'm sure discussing something is not "promising?"
we do not check any posts there because it makes no sense to read but not be able to reply

What I find strange is that Johan and Sergei seem to be saying two different things. Johan seems to be saying "check with me before posting any promises," as you say, but on the Snowball forum, Sergei posted that he is unable to post here at all. Am I the only one who finds this strange?

From what I saw, it's a simple business relation, and no more than that! Which is pretty sad, but of course I don't know the issues!

Someone whos registered there please tell sergei that snowball forum is really really sucky. I would do it but I can't get past the russian and its impossible for me to register bah!

They make a english forum but they leave the registration in russian how dumb is that?

I think there's a way to register in English. I'm not sure how, though, because I don't have much of a desire to register there. I'm know there are other people from here who have registered there, so I'm sure one of them can help you with the details.

Errr...

I guess they thought most people would use the "English" button at the bottom of the screen to switch to English.

But then it's just me.

;)

I looked very hard, and could find no "English" button. Where is it?

Right beneath the two English subforums you have two lines of text. At the end of the second one: "Switch to English"

EDIT: spelling
