Devouring Swarm is displaying as "Terravore"

To my knowledge Terravore doesn't even exist on console yet but in my custom factions screen 2 of my Devouring Swarm empires display Terravore occasionally unless ypu open up the empire tab. Then it goes away and displays correctly..

Terravore was added with lithoid expansion so I is on console

Well don't you have to be a Lithoid to use it or something?
Besides. My point is. I'm not selecting Terravore. I'm selecting devouring Swarm and when I look at the Empire screen sometimes it's correct and says Devouring Swarm. Other times it bugs and displays Terravore when it shouldn't be
