Hey there, first time back to CK2 in a bit, and I am trying to figure out what the differences are between vanilla and CK2+ when it comes to retinues. It seems to me that I am unable to field that many retinues, and that they are prohibitively expensive when reinforcing, so I started digging around in the files and according to the CK2+ defines files it looks like there are no changes to retinues. I was confused then when I noticed that the base cap per holding in CK2+ is 5, while in vanilla it is 4, yet in the vanilla defines.lua it looks like it's 2.0 ("RETINUE_FROM_REALMSIZE = 2.0"). Now I'm mostly confused. I know that I can't field massive retinues like back when LoR came out, but I can raise about 50k troops and am stuck with under 3000 schiltrons.

In this case, I am not interested in the changes to the types of retinues one can hire. I love the flavor changes on that front.
