Hey all, I know you start with less money the harder difficulty you start on, could anyone tell me what else is affected?

Also, does the agression level affect only how aggressive the AI countries are to the human player, or does it affect how agressive AI countries are to other AI nations as well?(meaning it could affect how well the major nations perform)

Success % for actions in the game has been mentioned by Patric (but he has not specified further AFAIK).

AI against AI too.

meaning it could affect how well the major nations perform

Yes, keep agression to 3 or 4 (normal or agressive) unless you want wierd results in your game =)
