Diplomacy tags on flags not rendering

Description​

On character overviews and with arranging marriage or betrothal, the diplomacy tags (e.g. alliance and truce) are not rendering and have been replaced by black squares

Steps to reproduce​

Game is up to date, no mods are in use. Ironman mode is on with standard rules.
