So.. I annexed a province that broke away from me and granted it to one of my bloodline (a female). Right after, it showed them as 'disloyalty incarnate' instead of the the 100% loyalty earlier. Why is this?

Courtiers also have a loyalty-rating towards your ruler, they take that rating with them when you give them a title.

Although giving them a title should have improved their loyalty quite a bit. Or does that only work when you're giving additional titles to someone that already has at least one?

Anyway, did you check to see if they had gotten the "rebellious" trait. Getting that trait triggers a huge loss of loyalty.

Edit: Thats for DV anyway, I don't know anything about how DVIP works.

"Disloyalty Incarnate" doesn't mean only 0%, y'know ;)
