DLC not appearing in game

the new dlc does not appear (below origins) when you chose the country on left.
it is as if I was still in 1.33 while the game is in version 1.34.2 and I have the dlc activated on the luncher.
I reinstalled the game several times remove the mods but he still not present

Which version number is displayed in the main menu? If it is still 1.33, you might have selected that version in the betas tab of the eu4 properties in steam. You have to select "None" there to get the current version.

Or maybe you have the old version of the main menu gui file in some place. Please try to disable all mods(if you think that you have no mods, look in the playset section of the launcher to make sure, because they might have been installed and activated without your knowledge) and if that doesn't help, you can try to verify the integrity of game files and if that doesn't help, you can try a clean reinstall as described in my guide on reddit about common startup problems with version 1.29

The version in the game menu is 1.34.2.0 (sweden) and i use the epic game luncher can't change the version of the game to an older.
For the mods, i have delete all to be sure

This is now fixed. You'll will need to check for updates for the DLC to get the correct version of the DLC which is 1.0.3.0
