DLC NOT OWNED

I've just bought lions of the north and downloaded it by enabling it on the steam but ingame it says not owned i checked it in the launcher it is there and it is enabled but ingame it still says not owned i tried reenabling it a thousand times can someone help me with this

Try restarting Steam. It bugs out sometimes.
